- MapleCart Family Planner provides a service that helps Canadian households plan family shopping, compare catalog items, and prepare a clear request for follow-up assistance or booking. The service is not a retail store, and completing a checkout request does not mean you have purchased a physical product; it means you have submitted a request for MapleCart to review and contact you about the selected planning service. You may cancel or change a request before MapleCart confirms a booking, and you should review the summary shown before you submit. Pricing, availability, and delivery or pickup details for any third-party product are not controlled by MapleCart, and any estimate shown is for planning purposes only. By using the cart or checkout flow, you agree that the contact details you provide may be used to complete your request and that you have read the payment terms and cancellation policy. If you need help before submitting, use the contact page or the support route listed in the footer, and MapleCart will assist you during the stated business hours.
- MapleCart Family Planner does not process a payment at the time you submit a standard planning request. The checkout step is a service request confirmation, not a charge to your card, unless a specific paid consultation or premium planning package is selected and clearly described before you confirm. Where a paid service is offered, the total amount, applicable taxes, and the accepted payment method will be shown in the request summary before you provide any payment details. You may withdraw a request before payment is authorized, and you may ask MapleCart to correct any summary error before the service is confirmed. Any payment processor used by MapleCart will handle your card or account details according to its own security and privacy terms, and MapleCart will not store full card numbers on this site. If a payment fails or is reversed, MapleCart may pause the related booking or request until the issue is resolved. Refunds for paid planning services are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and you can request a copy or clarification through the contact page. MapleCart does not guarantee that a third-party retailer will hold an item, match a price, or complete a purchase, and no payment made to MapleCart is a payment for third-party goods.
- Services are provided as described on our website. For appointments, we will confirm the date and time. For digital products, access will be granted after payment is confirmed.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a purchase. Contact us for any questions.
- When you complete a purchase for MapleCart Family Planner, you will receive a service confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms that your order has been received and that your access to the planner is being prepared. You should keep this confirmation for your records, as it contains your order summary and important details about your service. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour of completing your order, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us through the contact page if needed. Your service access is confirmed once you can log in to your account and see the planner dashboard. We may also send you follow-up emails with tips for using the service, but you can opt out of these messages at any time by following the instructions in the email or by contacting us. If you believe there is an error in your confirmation or you need to correct your contact information, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can update your records.
- When you use MapleCart Family Planner, you agree to contact our support team through the channels described on our contact page for any service-related questions, billing concerns, or requests to correct your account information. Support is available during our published business hours, and we will use the email address or phone number you provide to respond to your request. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so that we can reach you about important updates, booking confirmations, or changes to your service. If you ask us to cancel a booking, pause a feature, or delete a shared list, we will confirm the action in writing before it takes effect. Some changes, such as removing a family member from a shared list, may require confirmation from the list owner or an authorized contact. We do not charge a separate fee for support requests, but any third-party costs such as phone charges from your carrier are your responsibility. If a support issue requires investigation by a third-party service provider, we will only share the minimum information needed to resolve the problem and will tell you when that sharing is necessary. You agree not to use the support channel to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or any content that violates Canadian law. We may suspend support access for an account that repeatedly sends abusive or fraudulent requests. If we make a change to the support process, we will update this section and the contact page so you always know how to reach us. Your continued use of the planner after a support policy update means you accept the new process. If you have a complaint about a payment, a booking, or the way your data was handled, you must submit that complaint through the support channel before pursuing any external dispute option. We will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days, unless we tell you a different timeline in writing. For privacy complaints, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, but we ask that you give us a chance to resolve the issue first. If we cannot resolve a dispute through our internal process, either party may seek resolution through the courts of Ontario, Canada, without giving up any rights available under Canadian consumer protection law. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint, and we will keep a record of the complaint and its resolution for at least two years. This record will include the date, the nature of the issue, and the outcome, but will not include sensitive payment details or full card numbers. You may request a copy of the complaint record that relates to your own account by contacting support. We will provide that copy within thirty days, subject to any legal restrictions. If you ask us to correct inaccurate personal information, we will update our records within thirty days after verifying your identity and the correct information. For changes to your name, email, or phone number, we may ask for a government-issued document or a utility bill to confirm the change. We will not use your support messages to send you marketing emails unless you have separately opted in to receive them. If you have opted in, you can withdraw that consent at any time through the contact page or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to send you transactional messages about your account, bookings, or payments. These support contact terms are part of the overall MapleCart terms of service, and by using the planner you accept them together with the privacy policy, cookie policy, and refund and cancellation policy. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be available on our legal information page. If you have any questions about these support contact terms, please reach out through the contact page before continuing to use the service.
